Defective Merchandise/Warranty Information:

Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer and contacting them is the best way to resolve any issues you may have with their products. Most manufacturers require that you contact them directly. Warranties are subject to expiration dates and policies set by the manufacturer. Please note that you will need a copy of your original receipt, which can be obtained through your online account  at www.rc-space.com or we are happy to email a copy to you. Please note, some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada, please refer to the product manual for more information.

VERY IMPORTANT: This warranty covers Helicopters or Quadcopters which have not been flown or used in any way. Products that have been damaged or crashed from flying are not eligible for warranty or repair. Please be aware that many Helicopters and Quadcopters take a high skill level to be flown correctly, we are not liable for damages due to pilot error or product misuse.

No warranty service will be provided on products that have been flown or used. Warranty service is intended to cover manufacturer defects out of the box - defects that prohibit the product from flying. If we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused, or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants, we reserve the right to deny any returns, exchanges or warranty service.

Remote controlled products and accessories can be very dangerous. Please read the operating manual before use. We can assume no responsibility for the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of the products that we sell. No liability shall be assumed or accepted for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, or malfunctioning of the products will be denied.
